As a maternal wellness coach and licensed therapist, I work with moms who are feeling overwhelmed, stretched thin, or stuck in survival mode. Coaching gives you the space to explore your needs, untangle the mental load, and create actionable strategies that align with your values and capacity.

Coaching is a collaborative, goal-oriented process that helps you move from surviving to thriving. Unlike therapy, which often explores the “why” of your past, coaching is more focused on the “how” of your present and future. It’s about gaining clarity, creating a plan, and building sustainable habits that support your well-being.
My coaching style blends mental wellness tools with lifestyle interventions to support your whole self—not just the mom part of you.

Coaching sessions are always customized, but common areas we explore include:
Mental Load Relief – Delegation tools, boundary setting, and systems to reduce decision fatigue
Identity Reconnection – Rediscovering who you are beyond your roles
Postpartum Wellness – Sleep, nourishment, movement, and mindset for recovery

A 1:1 virtual session (50 minutes) tailored to your current needs
A recap email with personalized notes and resources
Between-session accountability via email or text (optional)
Access to curated tools, worksheets, or referrals as needed

Single Session (50 min) – $150
Monthly Coaching Package – $500/month

Sliding scale spots may be available based on financial need—please ask.

Yes! If your coaching is related to a qualified health goal (such as postpartum mental health, stress management, or lifestyle change), your HSA/FSA may be eligible. I can provide documentation if needed.
