About Me
I know what it’s like to enter motherhood thinking you’ve done everything “right”—you’ve read the books, bought the gear, signed up for the classes. But nothing truly prepares you for how disorienting, identity-shifting, and mentally overwhelming it can be to care for a tiny human while also trying to hold onto yourself. I’ve been there, and I see you.
When I was pregnant with my first child, I underestimated just how much motherhood would ask of me—mentally, emotionally, relationally. Despite being in a graduate program for counseling at the time, I still felt the shock of transition. The invisible mental load. The guilt. The exhaustion. The constant wondering: Is it just me? Why does this feel so hard?
And that experience changed the course of my career. I knew I wanted to help other mothers feel less alone, more supported, and more like themselves again.
My Approach
As a therapist, I practice from a relational cultural lens—which means I believe that healing happens in relationships, not in isolation. You won’t find me sitting back silently while you pour your heart out. I’ll be in it with you—curious, compassionate, collaborative—because I believe our work together should feel empowering, not clinical or cold.
Motherhood often shakes up our sense of identity, connection, and control. Whether you’re navigating a new baby, relationship strain, postpartum anxiety, or the endless weight of the to-do list, I aim to co-create a space where you feel safe enough to explore your full experience—and strong enough to redefine what support, rest, and self-worth can look like.
My Goal as a Therapist and Coach
My goal is to help you reconnect with who you are beneath the noise and the pressure. Whether you’re feeling disconnected from your partner, overwhelmed by the mental load, or like you’ve lost yourself somewhere between nap schedules and snack requests—I’m here to help you find your footing again.
Together, we’ll slow down the chaos, sort through what’s really going on underneath the surface, and build practical strategies that honor both your emotional needs and your daily reality. You don’t need to be “fixed”—you need to be supported, seen, and reminded that you are still whole.
My Philosophy
I believe…
You deserve care that is just as thoughtful and personalized as the care you give your children.
Therapy and coaching should feel collaborative, warm, and affirming—not like one more thing on your to-do list.
The challenges of motherhood are not a personal failure; they are a reflection of a society that was never designed with caregivers in mind.
When moms thrive, families flourish. And when we invest in mothers, we shift the future.
